The more time spent worrying and wallowing in the lack of "happy" translates into fewer opportunities for the butterfly to land. Remember, we don't control the butterfly.

Are these extravagant promises? We think not. They are being fulfilled among us – sometimes quickly, sometimes slowly. BIG BOOK p 83-84
